CARDIOLOGY CLINIC on both days Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, April 14, 2022 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Conducted by Dr. Robert Hamlin, DVM, PhD, Diplomate ACVIM and Dr. Steven Roof (Cardiology) Board Certified Veterinary Cardiologist.
Dogs must be 12 months or older to receive a Cardiac OFA exam number. You will be contacted by telephone or email to schedule appointment time. Please check your emails to confirm appointment time! PLEASE NOTE: Our clinics fill up fast — walk-ins will ONLY be worked in when possible. Pre-registration is strongly recommended!
Exam Options:
Auscultation $45
Electrocardiogram (ECG) only $55
Auscultation + ECG $75
Echocardiogram(incluses Auscultation) $250.

PLEASE NOTE: Advanced Exam OFA Forms will be available for completion at the clinic. You need to know the following for each dog to be examined:
Your dog’s AKC registration number and Microchip number
Your dog’s Sire and Dam’s AKC registration number
AUSCULTATION ONLY: You need to complete and print out the OFA Exam Form to bring with you to the clinic. There is no capability to photocopy forms at the clinic. Vet information to complete the form will be sent to you when your appointment is confirmed.
